Six months. Set up, then eight builds.
Cohort One runs twelve Lab Sessions, one every two weeks. The first four set up Claude the right way for your business. The next eight are Lab Builds, each one a working system you build yourself: listing marketing, database follow-up, consultation prep, your blog, your online presence, lead response, transaction admin, and your business review.

Nobody builds until the station is ready. The first four sessions get your Claude account dialed in, so it knows your market, your voice, your clients, and your calendar before you ask it to do anything.
Session 1
Meet Claude
Your account set up the right way, the right model for the job, and the difference between a chat and a project.
Build Sheet: Set up your paid account and have ten real conversations about your actual business. Save the three best outputs.
You own: A working account and your first ten starter prompts.
Session 2
Teach Claude who you are
Your agent profile and preferences, so every answer knows your market, your voice, and how you work.
Build Sheet: Write and load your agent profile and preferences.
You own: A Claude that already knows who you are before you ask it anything.
Session 3
Projects and prompting
The core prompting pattern and the four projects every agent runs on, and how to refine an answer instead of starting over.
Build Sheet: Build four projects, Listings, Buyers, Marketing, and Admin, each with its instructions and files.
You own: Four working projects you will use every day.
Session 4
Skills and connectors
Connecting your email, calendar, and files safely, and a morning routine that briefs you before the day starts.
Build Sheet: Connect your email, calendar, and files, then run the morning routine for three days.
You own: A morning routine that runs on your real day.
Lab Kit 1, daily operations
Lab Builds

Build Sheet: Build the machine and run it on one real listing.
You own: A listing marketing system you run on every new listing.
Lab Kit 2, listing and marketing

Your database grouped into segments with a twelve-month touch cadence, so past clients and your sphere hear from you on purpose.

You own: A follow-up engine that keeps your database warm all year.
Lab Kit 3, follow-up and nurture

Consultation Prep
Walk into every appointment prepared: the agenda, the questions, the objections, the market research, and the leave-behind.
Build Sheet: Build your prep project and run it for two real appointments.
You own: A consultation prep system for every listing and buyer appointment.
Lab Kit 4, consultation and objections
Session 8 · Build 4
Blog Generator
A steady stream of local content in your voice, with a twenty-six topic calendar and an email version of every post.

You own: A content system that keeps your name in front of your market.
Lab Kit 5, content and writing
Session 9 · Build 5
Your online presence
How AI search engines see you today, and how to fix it: your bios, your FAQ, and a consistent story everywhere you show up.
Build Sheet: Run the presence audit, fix your top five gaps, and rewrite your bios and FAQ.
You own: An online presence AI search engines can find, understand, and recommend.
Lab Kit 6, online presence
Session 10 · Build 6

A drafted first response for every new lead, qualifying questions, and five follow-ups by lead source, so no lead waits.

You own: A lead response system that answers fast in your voice.
Lab Kit 7, lead conversion
Session 11 · Build 7
Transaction Autopilot
A contract becomes a timeline, milestone updates for your clients, vendor messages, and closing and review requests.

You own: A transaction system that keeps every deal and every client updated.
Lab Kit 8, transaction and admin
Session 12 · Build 8
Business Review
How the whole system runs in one week, and the twelve-month AI business plan you write for yourself.
Build Sheet: Write your twelve-month AI business plan.
You own: A complete AI operation, a weekly routine to run it, and your plan for the next twelve months.
Lab Kit 9, graduation pack
Every two weeks you leave with something that works.
Each Lab Session opens with a review of what clients built, then the lesson taught live inside Claude, then a walkthrough of the next Build Sheet. The Build Sheet unlocks when the session ends, and you have two weeks to build it and post it on the Lab Floor.
Stuck on a build? Every Build Sheet has two buttons: get help in the Private Lab, or have it built for you. See how it works.
The roadmap keeps going.
The Build Roadmap runs 24 months. Cohort Two builds are announced before Cohort One ends, and because the membership is monthly, Lab clients continue straight into them.
The roadmap: common questions.
Which AI tool does the Lab use?
Claude, set up the right way for your business. Lab Setup gets your account, your profile, your projects, and your connections working before the builds begin.
Do the sessions have to go in order?
Yes. Each Lab Session assumes only what the previous one built, which is why the first four set up your Claude account before any building starts.
Will I build things or just watch?
You build. You do not watch the Lab, you build in it. Each build is demonstrated live first, then you build it yourself in the two weeks before the next session, with the recording there to follow along.
Is fair housing compliance covered?
Yes. The listing and lead builds include fair housing guardrails, and every Lab client agrees to follow fair housing law, review every AI output, and get their broker’s approval before using a build in their business.
What happens after the twelve sessions?
You leave with a complete AI operation and a twelve-month plan. The Build Roadmap runs 24 months, and because the membership is monthly, Lab clients continue into the next cohort’s builds.
Nobody in the Lab started knowing this. Come build it with us.
