Privacy Policy

Agent Intelligence Lab is operated by Elevare Technologies Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers agentintelligencelab.com, the client portal, our emails, our Lab Sessions and coaching, and the AI agents we build and host. Our Terms of Service at /terms also apply.

We collect only what we need to run the Lab and the services you buy:

• Account and contact details: your name, email address, phone number, company, role, and market area.
• Your Client Intake answers: your business, how you use AI today, and what you want from the Lab.
• Payment information: our payment processor handles your card or bank details. We receive your billing status, the amount paid, and a customer reference, never your full card number.
• Your signature records: the name you type to sign the Terms or the client guidelines, with the date, time, version, IP address, and browser details of the signature.
• How you use the client portal: when you sign in, when you were last active, approximate time spent in the portal, your Start here progress, and checklists you tick.
• What you post and send: Lab Floor posts, replies, and screenshots; requests for help or builds; and emails you send us.
• Session recordings: Lab Sessions and coaching sessions may be recorded, including your voice, image, and anything you say or show.
• Hosted AI agents: if we host an agent for you, the data that passes through it and the keys and tokens it needs to run, as described in the Terms.
• Visits to the public website: anonymous, aggregated counts of pages viewed, referring sites, country, and device type, collected without cookies and without identifying you.

To create and run your account; deliver the Lab, coaching, Diagnostics, builds, and hosting you buy; process payments; send you account, session, and service emails; respond to you; keep a record of what you agreed to; see who is in the room and how the Lab is going so we can coach well and improve it; keep the Services secure; and meet legal obligations.

We may use AI services to help us operate, for example to summarize session notes. We do not use your information to train AI models, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Other Lab clients see what you choose to share with the Lab: your name and your Lab Floor posts and screenshots, and you as you appear in session recordings. Your intake answers, payments, signature records, and requests are visible only to you and to us.

We share information with service providers who help us run the Lab, only as needed for their job and under their own confidentiality and security obligations: website and database hosting, sign-in, file storage, payment processing, email delivery, video meetings and recording, AI services, and agent hosting.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. The client portal uses your browser’s storage to keep you signed in. Our website analytics are cookieless and anonymous. Because we do not track you across other websites, we do not change how we operate when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

We keep your account information while you are a client and for as long as we need it afterward to provide what you paid for, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Signature records and payment records are kept for as long as the law or our records require. Session recordings stay in the Lab’s library while the program they belong to is offered. Hosted agent data is deleted within 30 days after hosting ends, as described in the Terms.

You can see and update much of your information in the client portal. To ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion, email support@agentintelligencelab.com. We will respond within 30 days and will honor your request unless we need to keep the information for a reason described in this policy. If you live in a state with its own privacy rights, you can use those rights the same way, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.

You can stop non-essential emails by replying to tell us. Account, payment, and service emails continue while you are a client.

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls that limit what each person can see, and storing payment details only with our payment processor. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Please do not share confidential client information, financial account numbers, or Social Security numbers in sessions, on the Lab Floor, or with any AI tool, as the Terms explain.

The Lab is for real estate professionals 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and email you about material changes before they take effect.
