AI coaching for agents at every level.
Agent Intelligence Lab is for real estate agents, team leaders, and brokers, from those who have never used AI to those already building their own automations. You do not need a technical background. You need a real estate business and the willingness to build something in it.
By Frank VazquezUpdated October 30, 2026Most agents have tried AI. Far fewer have made it work.
In the National Association of REALTORS® 2025 Technology Survey, released September 18, 2025, agents reported how often they use AI tools:
20%
use AI tools daily
22%
use them weekly
27%
use them a few times a month
32%
have not yet used AI in their business
The same survey found that 46% said AI had no noticeable impact on their business, while 17% reported a significantly positive impact and 33% a moderately positive one.
That gap is the reason the Lab exists. Access to AI is not the problem; nearly every agent has it. The problem is turning it into systems that change how a week runs. That takes knowing what to build, building it on your own business, and measuring whether it worked.
Find yourself in one of four levels.
Every level has a place to start and a next step after it. If none of these fit, the start-here guide goes into more detail.
Level 01
Brand new
You have barely used AI, or tried it once and closed the tab. That is where about a third of agents still are.
Start with group coaching. Foundations teaches you to get useful work out of AI on real tasks, alongside other agents at the same stage.
Level 02
Experimenting
You use ChatGPT now and then, but it has not changed how your week runs. In NAR’s 2025 survey, 46% of agents said AI had no noticeable impact on their business yet.
Group coaching or the Private Lab. The jump from occasional use to real systems is what coaching is for.
Level 03
Using it weekly
AI is part of your week, but you suspect it could do much more and you are not sure what to build next.
Start with an Individual Diagnostic. A live assessment with Frank maps what to build first and what to skip.
Level 04
Already building
You run your own automations and want connected systems, voice agents, or a partner to build alongside.
The Private Lab, or a build. Build it with Frank, or have it built and handed over running.
Built around how real estate businesses actually run.
Solo agents
You are the marketing department, the follow-up system, and the transaction coordinator. AI can carry some of that load, and that is where coaching starts.
Team leaders
You need systems your whole team can run the same way: lead response, follow-up plans, listing launches, and written SOPs.
Brokers and owners
You are deciding how AI should be used across your brokerage, including the policy and compliance side, not just the tools.
Loan officers and other real estate professionals
The Lab is built around agents, and the professionals who work alongside them are welcome. Most of the curriculum applies to your follow-up, content, and client communication too.
What it takes to get results.
- A real estate business to build in. Everything is practiced on your own listings, leads, and database.
- A laptop. No technical background, no coding.
- Time to practice between sessions. A few hours a week moves you further than a lot of watching.
- Willingness to show what broke. The fastest learning happens when a system does not work the first time.
We would rather tell you now.
- Agents looking for a shortcut that takes no effort. AI saves real time, but only after you build the system.
- Vendors who want access to our members so they can pitch them.
- Anyone who wants AI to replace their own judgment with clients. In the Lab, a person reviews everything before a client sees it.
Who it’s for: common questions.
I have never used AI. Is this too advanced for me?
No. Group coaching starts from the basics and teaches every skill on real real estate work. If you can send an email, you can start.
I already use AI every day. Will group coaching be too basic?
Group coaching moves at the pace of the group. If you already build automations, the Private Lab or a build with Frank will usually move faster, and an Individual Diagnostic will tell you which fits.
I am a loan officer, not an agent. Can I join?
Yes. The Lab is built for agents, team leaders, and brokers, and real estate professionals who work alongside them, including loan officers, are welcome.
I lead a team. Can my agents join?
Each agent enrolls individually. If you want AI rolled out across your team, start with an Individual Diagnostic so Frank can look at how your team actually works.
Do I need technical skills or special equipment?
No technical skills. You need a laptop, the willingness to build something in your own business, and time to practice between sessions.
Wherever you are with AI, there is a place to start.
