Do I need to be good with technology?
No. Group coaching starts from the basics, and every skill is taught on real real estate work. If you can send an email, you can start.
What is the difference between group coaching and the Private Lab?
Group coaching teaches the skills most agents need, in live sessions with other agents. The Private Lab is one-on-one coaching built around your business, starting from your Individual Diagnostic.
What happens to my $297 if I choose group coaching after my Diagnostic?
Join the Private Lab and the $297 comes off your first month. Choose group coaching instead and it covers Frank’s time assessing your business.
Do you build systems for me, or teach me to build them?
Both. We can build it with you so you understand it, or build it for you and hand it over running. Either way it starts with a Diagnostic so we build the right thing.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Nobody honest can. What we can promise is that you learn on your own business, measure what changes, and see your progress in numbers when you re-take your intake ratings at 90 days.
Is this only for real estate agents?
